Privacy Policy

VORDARY (“VORDARY”, “we”, “us”) is the trading name of VORDARY ART PRODUCTION, based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. VORDARY provides commercial image enhancement and processing services for property, accommodation, hospitality, and listing imagery.

Information you provide: your name, email, and (optionally) company/business name and country; the photographs you upload for enhancement; support communications.

Payment information: handled directly by our payment-processing service — VORDARY does not receive or store your card number, expiry, or CVC.

Order and processing information: package, price, and currency (captured at the time of your order and not changed retroactively), payment status, which photos were processed, quality-review outcomes, and any revision/resolution history.

Technical/security information: a one-way cryptographic hash of information used to prevent abuse of the service — never your raw IP address in reversible form — plus basic timestamps and error logs needed to run the service securely.

To create your order, process your payment, enhance your uploaded photographs, run quality control, deliver your results, and handle revisions.

To detect and prevent fraud and misuse of the service, and to respond to your support requests.

For internal analysis of how the service is performing (e.g., turnaround time, quality outcomes), to help us improve it.

For the additional purposes described in § 4 and § 5, each of which is treated separately from ordinary service delivery.

VORDARY may use eligible customer images, the results produced from them, and associated technical data internally to evaluate, test, and develop VORDARY's own technology — including improving the image-processing and AI systems used to deliver the service. Where reasonably possible, VORDARY reduces directly identifying information in data used for this purpose.

This is legally and operationally distinct from processing your order and from public marketing use (§ 5). Depending on applicable data-protection law, this internal development/training use may require its own separate, explicit consent beyond your acceptance of these policies — where that is the case, VORDARY will implement and rely on that separate consent mechanism before using your data for this purpose, rather than treating Terms acceptance alone as sufficient.

VORDARY will not publish your photographs publicly or use them for marketing unless you have given your consent.

This consent is requested separately, after your order is successfully delivered — never bundled into checkout, Terms acceptance, or the processing described above. Declining marketing consent never affects your service, revisions, Quality Guarantee eligibility, refund eligibility, or support.

Payment is processed by a third-party payment-processing service. VORDARY's own systems never receive or store your card details. VORDARY retains only the payment amount, currency, status, and the processor's own transaction reference needed for order and refund reconciliation.

VORDARY uses trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the platform, including payment-processing services, hosting and cloud-computing services, data-storage/database services, image-processing and AI services, security services, and communications/operational services. Each processes personal data only as needed to perform its specific function for VORDARY.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Some of your data may be processed or stored outside the United Arab Emirates through the international technology and service providers described in § 7. VORDARY handles cross-border personal-data processing and transfers in accordance with applicable UAE data-protection requirements and appropriate safeguards.

VORDARY retains your data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, handle revisions and support, resolve disputes, and meet legitimate operational and legal requirements. When retention is no longer necessary for these purposes, data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with VORDARY's applicable retention practice.

VORDARY does not currently promise a fixed universal deletion timeline (e.g., a fixed number of days after which all images are automatically deleted) — the platform does not yet operate an automated system that reliably enforces such a promise at scale. A fixed retention period may be introduced later once the platform can operationally guarantee it. Separately, your specific delivered-result link has its own time-limited access window, shown to you at delivery — a feature of how you access your results, not a statement about when your underlying data is deleted.

VORDARY applies technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of your data, including private (non-public) storage, capability-protected result links rather than guessable URLs, multi-factor-protected administrator access, encrypted connections throughout, and authorization and abuse-prevention checks on sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but these controls are actually implemented, not aspirational.

In accordance with applicable law, you may contact VORDARY to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or to restrict certain uses of it, where that right applies under law. We may not be able to fully action some requests where retaining or processing the data is necessary to complete the service you requested, to meet a legal obligation, or to protect legitimate rights and claims.

VORDARY does not currently offer an in-product self-service “stop processing” or “instant delete” control — rights requests are handled by contacting info@vordary.com, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

You also have the right to object to your data being used for direct marketing at any time, and to withdraw marketing consent given under § 5 at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

VORDARY's service is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older, or a legally authorized representative of a business or property/listing rights-holder.

We may update this policy as VORDARY's service or legal obligations change. A new version number accompanies any material change.

This policy is based on the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data as its baseline, since VORDARY is UAE-based. It does not claim compliance with GDPR, CCPA, or any other specific non-UAE data-protection regime.
