Terms of Service

You must be 18 years of age or older, or a legally authorized representative of a business or property/listing rights-holder, to use VORDARY's service.

An order is created when you select a package, provide your name, email, and (optionally) company/country details, explicitly accept these Terms, and are charged the price and currency shown to you at that moment — captured as an immutable record of your order.

VORDARY provides commercial image enhancement and processing services, including property, accommodation, hospitality, and listing imagery. The service may use digital image processing, artificial intelligence, automated systems, quality-control systems, and human review where appropriate. The goal is to improve visual presentation while preserving, as reasonably possible, important physical and architectural characteristics of what is depicted.

VORDARY does not promise absolute architectural accuracy or error-free output, and does not intentionally create misleading representations of a property.

Results go through VORDARY's quality-control process. This process may include automated checks and AI-assisted checks, and may include human review when needed. Due to the nature of image-processing and AI technologies, the quality-control process may not detect every error or discrepancy before delivery.

Package details (photo capacity, revision allowance, price, and currency) are shown to you before you pay and are locked into your order at the moment of purchase. Payment is processed by a third-party payment-processing service; VORDARY does not collect or store your card details.

Package photo counts are a maximum capacity, not a required exact count. Package photo counts (for example, “Up to 10 Photos”) represent the maximum number of photos that may be submitted under that package. You may choose to submit fewer photos than your package's maximum. The package price remains unchanged regardless of how many photos you submit, and unused photo capacity has no cash value and is not refundable or transferable.

This is separate from the VORDARY Quality Guarantee (§ 9): unused photo capacity that you never submitted is not eligible for any refund or credit under this section, because it was never a photo VORDARY attempted to process. By contrast, if you do submit a photo and VORDARY cannot deliver it to the required standard, that specific photo may be eligible for resolution under the VORDARY Quality Guarantee and the Quality Guarantee / Refund Policy, per the ordinary terms of that guarantee.

By uploading a photograph to VORDARY, you confirm that you own the photograph or otherwise have the legal right to upload it and have it processed by VORDARY for your order. You must not upload a photograph you do not have the right to use.

You must not use VORDARY to process unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent content, or content intended to misrepresent a property beyond the reasonable presentation enhancement VORDARY provides (see § 3). You must not attempt to circumvent VORDARY's security or authentication mechanisms.

Delivered results are made available via a secure, time-limited result link. Your package includes a specific number of revisions, applied to specific photos you select.

If a photo does not meet the required quality standard, VORDARY provides one additional processing attempt, free of charge, for the affected photo.

That additional attempt may involve reprocessing the same image, using a different suitable processing method, or requesting a replacement source image where appropriate. If the photo still does not meet the required standard after that one additional attempt, you become eligible for the applicable resolution described in the Quality Guarantee / Refund Policy (a partial cash refund for that specific photo, or VORDARY Credit if you voluntarily prefer it) — you will not be required to undergo further processing attempts before that eligibility applies.

A quality issue affecting one photo in your order does not automatically cancel or refund your entire order. Photos that were successfully delivered remain valid and yours to use. See the Quality Guarantee / Refund Policy for the full model, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Governed by the Quality Guarantee / Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms restricts any refund or remedy you are entitled to under mandatory UAE consumer-protection law. VORDARY Credit is always optional and is never substituted for an eligible cash refund without your agreement.

VORDARY's brand, website, and software are VORDARY's property and are not transferred to you by placing an order.

You (or the original rights-holder) retain ownership of your original uploaded photographs. Uploading an image to VORDARY does not transfer ownership to VORDARY. VORDARY receives the permissions/licence reasonably required to process the image, provide the service you purchased, operate the platform, perform quality control, manage revisions and support, deliver results, and meet legitimate operational and legal requirements.

VORDARY-generated enhanced outputs delivered to you are yours to use for your own property marketing, listing, and business purposes.

Internal system development / AI improvement: VORDARY may also use eligible images, outputs, and associated technical data internally to evaluate, test, and develop VORDARY's own technology and image-processing/AI systems — this is separate from, and does not expand, the rights described above regarding your ownership of your original photographs, and is separate from any public marketing use (§ 13). See the Privacy Policy for how this is treated, including where separate consent may be legally required before this use occurs.

VORDARY will not publish your photographs publicly or use them for marketing purposes except after obtaining your consent. This consent is requested separately, after successful delivery — never as part of purchasing the service, uploading photos, or accepting these Terms. Declining marketing consent never affects your service, revisions, Quality Guarantee eligibility, refund eligibility, or support.

VORDARY aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

VORDARY may suspend or decline service where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, or where required by law.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under mandatory UAE consumer-protection law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and without limiting any mandatory consumer right under UAE law, VORDARY's liability arising from your order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. These Terms do not attempt to exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify VORDARY against claims arising from your breach of § 6 (photo rights) or § 7 (acceptable use).

These Terms are governed by the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer right or legally required jurisdiction that cannot be displaced by agreement.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. A new version number and effective date accompany any material change; your acceptance always remains tied to the exact version you agreed to at the time of your order.
